Water piping project
Hey guys, this might be a little off topic, thought this may be the place to ask.
I'm planning a creative project in which I will have some piping bending upward (pic provided) and need to know how I go about creating a pump of sorts to have water flowing continuously through and back around the piping. I'm not familiar with any plumbing techniques so if you could give me any advice that'd be great.

The more info on why you would be even trying to do this would be a big help.
