Sillcock dilema
I have a 1/4 turn frost free hose bib I purchased from Lowes several years ago. The stem washer needs to be replaced on it but I can't seem to find a replacement in the big box stores. Are these things readily available? I'm not sure what the brand is and that could be a the problem. The logo is a capital M with an upside down triangle in the top of the M.

Wow, I have never even heard of a frost proof quarter turn sillcock. I have seen quarter turn but not frost proof. I'm really curious how a quarter turn can be made with a stem washer. Can you post some pictures of what you've got?

Perhaps stem washer is not the correct term. There is a washer behind the knob that prevents water from leaking when it is turned on.
I'll have to wait until tomorrow to take pictures.

That would more likely be called a packing washer, o-ring or stem seal.
The only company that comes to mind with an M is Mueller.
If it is Mueller.... this info could be helpful.
(B&K Mueller has a lifetime guarantee on these units and a toll free number for customer support: 800-782-2385)

They called me back and said they will send me a repair kit free of charge. I also ordered a new stem with all the required washers. That will get to me before what they send me. I'll at least have a spare for future repair.
