Will this plan work for kitchen sink
see the attached pdf file. Appreciate to confirm the vent will work for dirty water line, Thanks.

Yes, based on your drawing, it looks fine.
You'll need a trap at the sink (you probably already knew that). The vent can be 1.5" and will probably be easier to run. But a 2" vent is fine too.
