Washing machine drain hose

Not sure what is happening but the drainage hose that goes from the washing machine into the wall has started leaking water. The water is coming back up out of the wall I don't know if the hose is clogged or has come loose. Nor am I sure how to fix this. Does anyone have any thoughts?

Welcome to the forums.

If the water is backing up from inside the wall then you have a plumbing problem.
A clogged drain line..... most likely from the washer lint.

This is going to require the drain in the wall to be snaked out.

For a couple dollars you might give this a try, especially if it's lint, doesn't work, next step is the snake!
