Lightbulb Yet another basement rough in ID job

First off, thank you guys so much for the guidance. I used this forum to help me replace a cracked sump pump drain last winter and also replace a toilet.

Alas, I am unable to be self-sufficient with all of the threads that are already out there on the topic. I have included a picture that I hope we can talk around, but will happily take some more pics as requested. I tried to label it with some helpful numbers.

My questions:
  1. For the 4" pipe on the left of the image, this is not meant to be included in bathroom correct? It is 10 feet from the wall! Is this for a laundry room?
  2. The 2" pipe is for a sink, correct?
  3. The 3" pipe is for the toilet, correct?
  4. Both sink and toilet have to tie into the vertical pipe for a vent?

Happy Friday everyone!!

1) The 4" pipe is quite possibly a floor drain, outside the perimeter of the bathroom.
2) 2" pipe is most likely for a tub. Is there a 12 x 12 soft area around it? It may be covered with a layer of thin concrete, but there should be a pit.
3) 3" pipe is most likely for the toilet. It should measure about 17" from the face of your monolith. The stack is a wet stack and would be cut to turn a drain for the vanity from the left into it a little above the cleanout.
4) Both 3 and 2" lines are already tied into the vent pipe below grade.

Awesome, thank you very much for the help there.

I must say, this is pretty intimidating, but the direction helps a lots.
