Drain and vent lines for washer dryer and sink

I was hoping someone could help me out. We are adding a laundry room and currently dry fitted all our fittings for the drain and vent lines. After looking at it I realized our vent lines are below our ptrap of our washer drain. Is this an ok layout for the pipes? Thanks for any advice.

Nope, not going to work. Well, it might work, but you will very likely will have issues with the traps being sucked dry.

You need to use a 2" double fixture tee (not a double sanitary tee) and have both the sink and washer drain connect at the same point on the main drain. Then vent straight up from there. The vent has to go vertical until 42", then you can move horizontally if desired.

Your washer standpipe needs to be between 18" and 30" above the trap. It also need to be 2" pipe (in case it's not already).

Make sense?
