Identify plumbing rough in

Looks a little different than I am used to. My thought is that big black one is shower, short fat white one is toilet, and other is wet/dry vent for sink. However I am no expert.

How is the black pipe capped? It looks like the black and white pipe are both the same size (3"?)

It's an odd layout, I don't think a shower could actually fit there. And it's odd to use two different types of piping.

Others will be around who are better at the 'find the pipe' game than I am.

Could you move around to the left and take a picture from a different angle. This is quite odd and we need to see the positioning of those pipes. The white pipe should be about 17" from the concrete wall to center. Verify that.

Here is a different angle. The black pipe is capped about 18" down with a screw in type plug and about a handful of sand on the top.

Weird layout, but it is what it is. The pipe 18" down is your shower trap. You will find a weak spot about 12"x12" around the black pipe. Tap on it with a hammer. The concrete will most likely fleck up, leaving a pit of gravel and sand
