[AAV Valve Won't Unscrew] Same issue

Hello, The faucet out back was stripped & difficult to turn on/off. There is no way from the inside of the house to see the end of this valve 10 inches behind the wall. I got on it with a big pipe wrench & twisted almost 90 degrees but am afraid to twist any harder for fear of creating a horrible mess & a call to the plumber. [ATTACH]80787[/ATTACH] I did remove the guts from the old one & purchased a this Woodford 10-in L 1/2-in Male Brass Frost Proof Sillcock Valve. [ATTACH]80793[/ATTACH] Can someone help me spin the old faucet out of the wall? Or would it a better idea to remove the guts from the new faucet & place them in the one old still in the wall? thanks

New member here, asking for some expert help (of course). We just closed on a new home (newly built). Our water is running blue. No copper pipes. Our water is hard, but a softener has been installed.
