Adding a macerating toilet and sink to existing plumbing line

The line that enters into my basement from the septic is a 4 in pipe. In the basement I have two 3 inch pipes that tie into this 4 inch pipe. One runs to left of the basement and the other to the right and the runs from the above floors tie into to these. I am looking to connect into one of these 3 inch pipes. The one that is easiest for my new basement bath layout has the following already connected to it: washing machine, one half bath, one full bath. Would it be possible to add this basement mancerating toilet and sink to it, or would it be past its capacity? (I beleive the code is 2 toilets per 3in pipe. This would make it 3 but it is a mancerating toilet.) Thanks for the help.
