anodeless riser placement

I'm running 1 1/4" PE downstream from the meter. In the Spring of 2018, I'll be hiring a pro to connect the anode less riser to the downstream portion of the home (meter will be upgraded then). Is my proposed placement of the anode less riser fine? My county follows the respective national codes without modification.

The current left-right coupling piping portion is six inches from the home. I'm planning on placing the anode less riser six inches from the home, buried 18 inches as required. My concern is I'll only be 5 " from the cable (red/orange conduit) and am not certain if 10 inches from the current 90 is enough or should I be closer to maximize my distance from the Comcast cable box?

Thanks so much for your help.
