Ignoringpurchase/ installation costs, what's the most economical way to boil water for my morning coffee and other hot drinks?
a. in a kettle on the gas stove top.
b. in an electric teakettle (e.g. ceramic element).
c. on demand hot water heater placed by the sink.

I do want the water to be essentially boiling. Do on demand heaters get that hot? (This has the advantage of not using counter space, though it is probably the most costly option to install.)

What does it mean when we plan the most efficient ways of fulfilling our vices?
