Toilet water level lower when sewage ejection pump is on

Noticed recently every time when sewage ejector pump in the basement is on, the water level of 1st fl toilet goes down. What could be the reason. I have some concerns about vent blockage, but other drains seem to be fine. Thanks.

Yes, it could be a blocked vent.

But why do other fixtures not have this problem if the vent is blocked? Any suggestion to identify the root cause? Thanks.

Maybe the Ejector Pump creates enough of a vacuum to pull a small amount of water out of the bowl ?

Is this Toilet the closest to the Pump ?

Is this a new observation ?

This is the toilet on the first floor about 10 ft away. Yes, it is noticed recently.
