Basement Bathroom, Can someone look at my Rough In?

Hi, just joined the forum and wanted to get everyone's opinions of my rough in to make sure that this will work? This is our very first plumbing project so I just wanted to make sure we got everything right before we start gluing and laying the cement down.

It's a bathroom for the basement.
  • Left Hand Drain Tub
  • Double Sink 60" Vanity
  • Drain Pipes are 2"
Does anyone have any tips/pointers? What's the rule of thumb for the size of PVC pipes? Does my Rough In look horrible? Am I good to go?

Welcome to the forums.

I'm not the plumbing pro. Just a few observations.

The tub trap needs to be the all glued together type. Not the removable type with threaded nut. Can't see the left hand vanity fitting but it needs to be a sanitary tee.

It actually looks pretty good! I'm surprised, because I think 98% of all proposed basement DWV setups are wrong the first time around

The tub line can be 1.5", but upsizing it to 2" is fine.

The vent above the vanity is just a vent, right? Nothing drains into it.

Otherwise, I think it looks like you're on the right track
