Sewage smell from washing machine standpipe
Looking for suggestions..
Sewage smell coming out of washing machine standpipe.
Drain hose is only a few inches in so it’s not blocking trap.
Bleach works for a week then smell comes back.
Smell usually comes a day after wash is done.
Attached is a picture of plumbing in hopes someone can see if anything looks wrong.
Thank you

Your setup looks pretty correct. The trap isn't quite right, I would rather see a street ell on the right side of the trap - but I honestly can't see any reason it would really make a difference.
I'd imagine you just have some mold/fungus/gunk down at the bottom of the trap. The bleach helps kill it for a bit, but then washes out and whatever is there just keeps coming back. I don't think it's actually sewer gas, just gunk in the pipe smelling.
Maybe someone here has a good idea on how to clean/scrub it without taking it apart and replacing it.

Only thing I could think of the vent pipe is blocked. If it is the water in trap would siphon out.

The PVC line connected above the trap would need to be confirmed as a vent.
If it were a wet (drain) line from above... it could draw the water out of the trap.
