2 p traps (sink and bath) into 1 waste pipe no vent

When I run the sink water, I hear a gurgling sound every 10 seconds from the bath drain.
On looking below (ceiling space of the floor below), I see 2 pipes going into one 2" waste pipe.
The one under bath has a p trap.
The sink p trap is directly under the sink in the sink vanity/closet.
Is it possible the sink is syphoning the bath somehow?

If there is truly no vent, then the gurgling from the non-draining fixture would gurgle due to the vacuum being pulled. An under-sink auto vent would probably fix the problem.

The gurgling implies no vent?

The gurgling implies no vent?
No, the title of your thread does

Gurgling drains usually indicated an obstruction in the venting system. If there is no vent, as you imply, then you can add a vent under the sink so the air in the pipes will be pushed out of the vent as opposed to being pushed out of the tub drain.
