what is an easy way to remove the clean outs, I am sure you are referrring to the caps in the floor, with a square approx 2*2 inch in the center, there is concrete around them now, should I just break up the concrete, and then the cap will they un screw or do I need some type of tool to remove these

An EASY way to remove those? I dont think so. They do make a square peg tool that fits into those cleanouts. I carry one, but it is no assurance that I can get the damn thing off. Sometimes I will use a small sledge hammer and a cold chisel. I notch carefully at the edge of the cap and try to drive it counterclockwise until it loosens. Usually I get impatient and smash the cap into tiny pieces and replace it with a new one. If you do that, dont loose the pieces down the drain.

I have seen them loosened by a few good HARD cracks with a handheld sledge on the side of the casing. When I saw the guy doing it, I was sure the thing was going to crack, but it worked like a charm.
