Anti-siphon frost free hose bibs

Last summer the anti-siphon frost free hose bib on the back of the house lost about 50% of it's pressure. Currently it will not run a sprinkler or cause the soaker hose to send up spouts. It takes a long time for the water to reach the end to a garden hose and has a difficult time when one is holding the hose of the ground. Is there an easy fix or sohould a proffessional be contacted?

Just replace it. There was quite a dissertation about these hose bibbs recently. Review the recent posts - past 30 days.

Hot Water Control in Tub

I am trying to remove the escutcheon on my hot water control in my tub/shower so I can remove the stem and replace it. Any specific tools that I would need or any advice. It won't budge to loosen but I can turn it to the right to tighten it.

I'm adding a second toilet in the basement.The code calls for cast iron pipe for the waste.How do I slice into the excisting waste pipe.If I install the toilet near the trap will I complicate the installation?
