1" ABS OD ? Usually plumbing pipe is sized by the ID. 1" OD may be 3/4" pipe ?
Probably going to be a two piece setup.

If the pipe is plastic and you are measuring about a 1” O.D., then that would probably be 3/4” PVC pipe. 3/4 PVC has a 1.050” O.D. I’m pretty sure the smallest ABS pipes are 1 1/4” nominal size and have a 1.66” O.D.

(Wait a minute!!! I thought on your 10-15-18 post it was resolved the pipe WAS NOT ABS??? Oh well here goes anyway -LOL)
You probably need more than one fitting as PJMax pointed out, and I think this is the kind of thing you could do with two fittings. If it is 3/4 PVC (if not just changes sizes of the fittings):
(spigot end means the end has the same O.D. as the pipe size, and hence will push into a coupling, in this case, push into the 1/2 end of the 3/4 x 1/2 reducing coupling. I’m sure there are other ways to do it.)
