Leaking shower faucet after washers and seats replaced.

I have a 3 knob system. I replaced the washers and seats on both the hot and cold water to repair a leak from the faucet. The repair worked for about a month, now the hotwater is leaking through the faucet again.

Any ideas on what I missed, did wrong, and what I should do next?

Cool

Did you replace the o-rings on the valve stem assemblies, if it is leaking around the faucet itself?
Did you use a flat wrap or two of teflon tape (clockwise only) around the seat threads, if it is leaking out of the spout or showerhead?
