newly installed shower by prfessional service company. Two wall hand held showers on opposite walls. observed copper piping used for new installation. american standard fixtures, single diverter, twin off/on water selectors. water pressure drops only slightly when both showers are in use but the pressure is very low as noted when turing the hand held shower heads up side down(very low arc of water is abserved).Turning off one of the two selectors gives a little higher water arc.the next problem deals with water coloration, brown, when turning on either shower head.this problem happens for the first few moments whenever water is released via either shower head. none of these things was every noted in this 21 year old house prior to this installation.

Cool

Remove both hand-held showers, and flush the lines without them on there.
Clean out the showerheads.
Sounds like you may have some debris in both of them from the new installation.
Good Luck!
Mike
