Leak at base of main waste PVC pipe on basement concrete floor!!

Hello all, I have a small leak at the base of my main waste PVC pipe in my basement on the concrete slab. How do I fix this without breaking the concrete up? Will plumbers putty work? It's a small leak, maybe a small puddle in 6 hours time about the size of a frisbee. Any help will do. The PVC pipe is black 3 inch PVC. Thanks!

Where specifically is the leak? A puddle on the floor doesn't tell us where the leak is located.

If the pipe is black it is ABS not PVC and will require a ABS or universal glue approved for use on ABS plastic.

A picture and location of the actual leak would definitely help.

You can try something like JB Weld as a potential solution. It's an epoxy putty that might be able to seal the leak. It's not a 'guaranteed' solution, but is probably worth the $5 and 30 minutes it'll take to try it out. If it works, great! If not, then we can look at replacement.
