Water Hammer/Rattling
New shower was installed 2 months ago. I know that they clamped the pipes behind the valve, but 1 month after install there is a rattling when turning off the shower valve.
I went outside, turned off the main, opened every spigot, flushed very toilet and waited 20 minutes. Then turned on the water and closed each spigot starting at the farthest spigot. Still same issue.
I was going to get a pressure reading next. I cannot get behind the valve to install an arrester as it is concrete block on the other side. Any logical next steps?
Thank you.

I'd definitely start with a pressure gauge. If the pipes are strapped, you really shouldn't be hearing any banging. My first guess is too-high pressure.
If worse comes to worse, you might be able to add an arrestor somewhere else more accessible... but start with the pressure gauge.
