Hear water running through my pipes in my tub

This started last night and the rushing water sound has not stopped. I have no leaks or no water anywhere in my condo. The noise is in the bathtub and the surrounding area. I am getting a bit nervous.
What could be causing this??

First thing to check is the water meter.
Is the water from your condo.

If the water meter shows no water running then it could be in a neighbors condo but without knowing how the complex is laid out and plumbed I cannot say if that is even possible.

If the condos share the same drain line the sound may be coming from it. As noted above you need to check your water meter to verify you don't have a leak anywhere.

btw - welcome to the forums!

If you have a unit above you I would check with those people and see if they are using water. If nobody above you or next to you is using water and you have a water sound inside the wall I would look for a leak. It's possible a leak above you is running down inside the wall cavity. Condo's often have bathrooms stacked on top of each other so the unit above may have a leak.
