Condensate drains... Overflow drain from an emergency water heater overflow perhaps.

Seriously, your right there, you can look inside the house/garage/crawl space to determine what they are hooked up to, we cant know that, do some investigation!

Just a wild guess, but they could be fresh air intake and powered vent from a condensing furnace, but like Marq1 says, go look.

Judging by the size and appearance, it's 1/2" or 3/4" copper. The size used for condensation or overflow. Water heater fittings are brass so that makes sense. Furnaces are larger pvc pipe and intake and exhaust are always separated by more than 2 or 3".

Those are not air lines for a furnace. If you are currently using the A/C..... it could be condensate. Since there are two lines..... one may be primary and the other secondary or overflow.
As mentioned.... it looks more like copper pipe....not PVC.

What that means to you...... the condensate should always come out the same line. If you see it come out of the other other it means the primary drain is clogged and requires looking into.

If you are not currently running the A/C..... you'll need to see what's close to these lines inside.
