For a 120v pump, you need to run 12/2-with-ground wire from a 20 amp breaker in the panel to a 120v double receptacle (use the other outlet for a heat lamp during the winter, if you're on year-round well water).
Put a three-prong plug on 12/2wg wire on the pressure switch, and plug it into the receptacle at the pump.
The black wire is the hot, the white is the neutral, and the bare wire is the ground.
If you're wiring your pump 240v, you will need to run 12/2wg from a double breaker in the panel to a 240v cut-off breaker at the pump, and then connect the black (hot) and the white (now HOT, not neutral), and the bare ground.
If you have any questions, just go to the Electrical forum and ask one of the pro electricians there (I'm not one).
Good Luck!
