Hello all,
Our house has well water rather than city water. It appears that a good ammount of sand is entering the house and clogging up the screens in the faucets and shower. I find myself cleaning the screens quite often. Is this a common issue with well water? I don't have much info on the well (purchased the house in March) although I know it has a new pump and they just put a PVC extantion on the head. Should I look into installing a filter on the main water line?

Glenn
