Multiple waterfall shower heads

Hello all and hope all is well with you all.
I would like to install 4 "waterfall showerheads " in a square pattern and get a real waterfall experience.

Can you please tell me if I will run into any pressure / capacity issues? Is such a project feasible where the water pressure and capacity will be normal?
Do they sell a "1 to 4" water connection splitter?

An example picture of the shower head is below.

Any and all ideas are welcome.
Thank you

Yes, you will likely have water volume and pressure issues unless you've sized everything from the city's main to your shower properly.

Yes, there are "splitters", T's and manifolds that can be used to feed four pipes from one.
