I have noticed a leak at the front base of the tub whether the shower or the tub is used. Water accumulates at the seam of the floor just at the front corner of the tub.What do you think?

For a while now our water has been much rustier than normal. The filters would get clogged to the point water wouldn't pass through. This never happened before till this spring. NOW, the pump won't run at all. My guess is the pump had been going, not filling the tank and keeping the pump submerged,and finally quit. That may be the reason for the rusty water. My question is, what will it take to replace the pump? Will the whole tank have to be replaced? If so how much can I expect to spend on relpacement? I went down to the well and turned on the spigot that comes out of the pump tank and the pump did not kick in, circuit breakers and fuses are fine. jim
