Hi. Appreciate your insights. Our kitchen sink started draining very slowly about a week ago. This morning I cleaned out the P-trap and used a shop vaccum to suck out the pipe into the wall, right where the P-trap connects to it. It sucked a LOT of gunk into the vacuum tub. I put everything back together and ran the water for a long time into the sink. It drained beautifully, no stoppage, no slowing, like brand new. I then ran water into the other side of the sink and turned on the garbage disposal. I instantly had thick gunky water backing up into both sides of the sink. The condition is now as before, almost no drainage on either side. What should I do? I'm stumped. Thank You, EG
