Hey replacing a Vent stack/waste line in the basement from cast iron to pvc because of sagging issues and trying to finish basement and tuck everything in joists and keep it against the walls. I managed to rip out as carefully as I could and was going to connect with pvc fittings. Are the old Wyes and Tees to current code? Do I keep everything the same? I had read that these fixtures should be Tees instead of wyes? Thanks in advance

I think whats happening is when I drop the tub in the brass tail pipe is coming loose and it's cause it to leak.[/color] [color=#333333]Anyone work with these before and have any tips? I'm getting close to opening the ceiling below and cutting this thing out and just plumbing it out right in.[/color]
