Question

Bathroom in masterbedroom is leaking a blue liquid from the base of toilet. Nobody in the house uses blue tablets or anything like that. We are on well water system and a new septic system was replaced upon purchase of home 1 year ago. This problem is not apparent in any other bathrooms in house. Ranch style home, one floor. Could this be a sign that tank needs to be emptied or......? Anyones help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,
jrsutara

Cool

Sounds like the wax seal between the toilet base and floor flange is leaking.
Pull the toilet and replace it. It's not difficult.
Go to the Plumbing sections of "Build/Remodel" and "Repair/Fix-It" above and to http://www.bhglive.com/homeimp/ and follow the links to Toilets for illustrated how-to info.
Good Luck!
