How to connect no-hub cast iron to old cast iron?

My city does not allow the use of plastics (ABS/PVC). I had a lead bent from toilet with a huge hole in it (probably from previous auger work) to old cast iron waste line. Removed lead bent and lead packing on old cast iron fitting. Now I need to connect new 4" cast iron to the old "bell" fitting of the old cast iron. How do I do that? Do they make Fenco doughnuts for that? Can I use an adapter that goes OVER the old hub and connects with the new?

Thanks!

Yes they do. Here is an example.

No, you would not put an adapter over the hub.

Here's another source to buy the Fernco donuts, it's even a bit cheaper.
