Sewer line - finding one

I can't find my sewer line to put a new bathroom in my basement that I am remodeling. What is the best way to find it? I have a cement basement and can see where the line from the 2nd floor comes down and where the clean out is. That's it. The line from the 2nd floor is about 30 ft from the clean out. Any ideas.

Thank you.

You can open up the cleanout and "feel" the direction of the pipe with a plumber's snake, OR line up the 2nd floor pipe with the cleanout with a straight line to the street, which is probably as good a guess as any.
Good Luck!
