please help me to find the blockage via this camera video

We have a sewer backup issue. When we take shower on the first floor or use the washing machine, the sewer water will show up in the basement shower drain. Then it will go down very slowly. I cleaned the sewer pipe with the 100' heavy-duty drain cleaner from Homedepot 3 times yesterday. It seems very smooth and nothing comes out. But nothing changed. The distance from my basement toilet entry point to the main sewer pipe on the street is about 68'. Each time I used about 80' of the snake. I think it is the main pipe on the street blocked. The town Public Work asks us to find a plumber to take a camera video to very the blockage is not on our pipe. Now the video is here. Please help me to see if the blockage is on our side or not. The video is here: https://mega.nz/file/4zZ1RIYL#6HBdMc...OGmwKK27Vw_0UY , thank you in advance.

The camera was ended at the city main. The distance from my house to the city main is about 68'. His camera reached about 74'.

Are you saying the problem is at the very end?

Your house sewer line is much smaller than the main line. Typically when it gets to the main line it's above that water level. If the main line is full like your video shows it's a problem. Have you checked with your neighbors ? They should be having the same problem.
