Question

OK -- this should be simple, but it is late and my brain is dead:

What is a good way to keep a drain plug on a cleanout from dripping? Use teflon tape? Putty? pipe thread compound?

Boy am I tempted to get the pvc glue right now.

Cool

Paul,
Just use teflon tape (2-3 flat wraps clockwise only) or pipe compound on the threads of the plug.
Do NOT glue it, or sooner or later you'll be cutting into the line to replace it.
Good Luck!
