What is this pipe and why is it leaking?

Any idea what this pipe is and why it's been leaking?

Purchased house 2 months ago. 2 weeks ago, this started a constant drip.
It goes into the house and is in the general direction of a bathroom, laundry, and a gas hot-water heater.
There's also two large AC units to the right side of the house that are running a fair bit right now as it's hot, and a kitchen to the left.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

It is probably a condensate drain from an air conditioner or gas water heater if you have one.

Usually the condensate is discharged outside near the A/C condenser units.
Some systems discharge into a plumbing drain in the house.

Water coming from an isolated drain like that could be coming from the secondary or overflow port of the A/C system(s). It needs to be checked into.
