Question sewer & drain venting for a bathroom

I have a shower and toilet on one wall and would like to put the sink on the opposite wall, which are seven feet apart. Is there a way to properly vent all three together?

you can pull a 4x2 wye before the toilet and loop it back for the lav, this will just add an extra vent, you may go thru the roof,or loop back to a stack in the attic or use an air admittance valve.
