A picture of the faucet that you see on the side of the house would be more helpful than the internal parts.

Where did the spring come from? Springs are used in the vacuum breaker but I've never seen one on the seal end where you show it.

My suggestion is to do away with the frost free hose spigot. I used to have them in CT and they had a very short life span. Years ago I switched to a standard hose bib and installed ball valves in the basement. In winter I simply shut off the valves and open the hose bibs. I have never had a problem since I switched.

If you look at the 1st pic right at 11" you will see the copper grooved. The springs goes in and gorove stops spring. 2nd piece with washer just slides in.

I have attached 2 pictures of fixture

Look for some writing on the handle or cap... Could possibly be this one:

The brand would be a letter or two or three in the casting on the side of the valve.
Even with the brand it's hard to get the right parts.

I have a box of different length inserts for frost free valves because every valve and even between the same manufacturer is different. My advice.... replace the valve. Keep the card/ID for the new one in a safe place for future rebuild.
