Question

I noticed there was a lot of water on my bathroom floor. After cleaning in up I started to flush the toliet repeatly.
I saw some water bubble out from under the toliet but not great amount. When the person on the 2nd floor above me started running water in their tub. I flushed again and more water came out. Does the Wax ring needs to be replaced. If so, since I can not lift the toliet I will have to hire a plumber. How long does it take to fix?

Cool

Yes, it sounds like you need to have the wax seal replaced.
It is not a difficult job, and doesn't take much time.
If you don't know a good plumber, call around to friends for references of one.
Good Luck!
