low water pressure
I had bad water pressure in my home. I took apart our flo-jet shallow well pump and it was pretty clean. FLushed our boiler heater and water pressure was great for a month. Now its back to being terrible. What should I look for? Its bad cold and hot and every faucet.

Ok.... you're on a well system.
Do you have a system pressure gauge on/near the pump or tank ?
What does it say ?
At least 40psi is good.
The boiler would only affect the hot water flow.
A typical problem in houses with a well is that the aerator screens get clogged with minerals and sand. There are screens on just about everything. Most all faucets. Clothes washer. Shower head.
Do you have any outdoor faucets ? How's the pressure there ?

How many pipes go to your well? One or two?
When you said you cleaned your "flo-jet" does that mean your pump is a FloTec brand or did you pull the well and clean the venturi jet assembly?

Is your well a driven or well point style? If so it could be clogged.
Have you opened an outside spigot to see what the flow is there? If the flow is good then it makes me think there is a clog in the piping somewhere. If it's slow at the spigot I would suspect the well being clogged.
How long has the water pressure been bad? Did it happen slowly over time or did it start suddenly? If it's been like this a long time and slowly getting worse the pump may simply be worn out (or a slowly clogging well). If you can find the part replacing the impeller can get you 80% of the pump's performance back. The housing also wears so a new impeller won't give 100% new performance but would be cheaper than buying a whole new pump.

I was thinking the well could be clogged too. Not sure whats down there as my pump is in the basement and has a hard black plastic line going through the wall into the ground. I have removed the line and blew compressed air into before. Not sure if the pump is worn as its only like 5 years old. Any recomendations on pump brands and types?

Wear is something that happens very slowly over time. If you can't remember when the water pressure problem started then it probably happened slowly over a long time and could indicate a worn pump, though I doubt it. If your water is clear I doubt you've gotten significant wear in 5 years. If your water is visibly cloudy or has chunks (sediment, mineral bits..., clogged faucet aerators, clogged/leaking toilet fill valves...) then the pump can wear much faster. But generally the pump is a pretty reliable part of the system.
I have had good luck with the major brand name pumps.
