Question

My bathtub faucet and shower head drip when the water is off. The bath faucet and shower head to not drip together. It depends on where the selector is (center knob). I noticed the hot water handle is warm so I suspect the valve stem may be worn, although it is only 2 years old. Should I replace all three valve stems (Hot, Cold, Shower/Faucet lever)?

Cool

Rocar,
Sounds like you just need to replace the washer on the end of the hot water valve stem.
Get a set of plumber's valve sockets:

Turn OFF the power or gas to your water heater.
Turn OFF the cold water supply valve to your water heater (will cut off the hot water only).
Open the bathroom sink hot water faucet to relieve water pressure.
Remove the hot water faucet handle, and -- using the appropriate size valve socket -- remove the valve stem and replace the washer.
Re-install all in reverse order, and you should be good to go. Easy.
Good Luck!
