Non-name plumbing brands on Amazon vs. Moen

Can anyone recommend these brands you see on Amazon? Here's one of them for a kitchen faucet:

https://www.amazon.com/GIMILI-Kitche.../dp/B07YX84SZB

An equivalent by Moen will cost $400 more. I understand that it comes with a spot-free finish but is there anything else that justifies the price?

I would not recommend this type of faucet.
It is obviously underpriced compared to a similar domestic faucet.
I purchased a similar bar sink faucet for filtered water and it did last a a couple of years but was disposable when it needed a new cartridge.
It was cheap but poor value for the money.

At that price the quality is not there.
A member here had almost the same faucet and the upper shaft leaked where it connected to the base. There were no parts listed for that repair.

Great saying, mine is "cheap can get expensive"!

My Mom picked up a cheap kitchen faucet at Walmart recently when she thought it was leaking, turned out to be the garbage disposal.

I was surprised, I didn't know they made faucets out of plastic and a couple stamped pieces of sheet metal. Looked, and felt, like it would have lasted a few months!

If you purchase a no name or an Amazon/Chinese brand then buy two. One to use for as long as it lasts and the second is for spare parts or to completely replace the first one when something fails. Other than that buy a major brand name that will support the product and have parts available for decades to come.

That faucet looks like a cheap copy of the Moen 5923 which sells for around $450.

I would consider getting the faucet at less than 15% of a Moen, depending on how I would use it. In a kitchen that hasn't been upgraded in 20 years, I'd say it's OK. In a $50K kithcen, get something else. It appears to be decent quality according to the listing and a good price if it really is as described. At any rate, recognize that it may be a cheap substitute. But the loss is not extraordiary.

Not everyone (including me) wants or can afford top of the line for everything. Some drive Fords while others go with Ferraris. For those who can't go top shelf every time, comprimises must be made and this could be one of them if the faucet isn't that important to you.

Yes, $61 for a faucet is ridiculous but, IMO, so is $450 in many kitchens.

I don't thing anybody is saying a $450 faucet is top of the line, I guarantee you it is not, it's the going rate for mid priced faucet, something that will last 20+ years. If your ok with paying $60 every year or two for something that has no replacement parts then all you need to do is the math and what is the cheaper option!
