Question slow draining drains

Both a bathroom and kitchen sink are a bit slow draining. I have been looking into some bio enzyme cleaners to see if that helps these 45+ year old pipes. I have looked at Green Gobbler, Bio Clean and Zep Drain Defense. I would love to hear any feedback on these products or other recommendations.
Thanks.

As mentioned above , snake it. Some of those cleaners can be pretty bad for the pipes. Are the copper pipes?

Mechanically removing clogs is really the best method. Pour down the drain chemicals rarely work, or they work very slowly. Also, many of the acid or lye based cleaners are hazardous and can damage some pipes.

What type of drain piping do you have? Is it PVC/ABS, galvanized steel, cast iron, copper...?

Enzyme drain cleaners are a good way to go, but you may have to snake the drain to totally clear it before starting your preventive maintenance regimen of enzyme cleaner. The best enzyme product I have found is Plumb Clean, I get it at True Value and use it once a month. I haven't had to have the cast iron running under my basement floor cabled in over 30 years since using this. The second best I have found is the granular Drain Defense by Zep, but I thought they quit manufacturing it and went to all liquid Drain Defense which I don't recommend.
