Question

Year old toilet.
First flush is always weak, as if the full siphon effect is not engaged. second flush is stronger but the overall flush is still weak. No seepage around toilet. I have not checked the hurkel bend for integrity. I suspect the a joint is allowing air to enter the flush channel but wan't some feedback from others. It could also be a lemon toilet.

Cool

Could be a "lemon" toilet, but have you checked the vent stack on the roof over that bathroom for leaves, debris, birdnest, etc.?
