6 year old home. Three stories. One week ago noticed sudden drop in water pressure in hot water in washing machine first. Rest of home normal. Last night all water pressure dropped in every faucet, shower, tub, toilets, etc. No leaks noticed inside or out. Neighbors report normal pressure. What could this be?

Cool

If all (hot and cold) water pressure has dropped, the problem depends whether you're on a well or public water.
If you're on public water, you may have a Pressure Reducing Valve that needs adjustment, repair or replacement.
The PRV will be in the main water supply line on your side of the meter. It could be buried, or in a basement or crawlspace.
(If you're on a well, it could be for any number of reasons.)
Check the PRV first.
Good Luck!
Mike
