Pulled off Shower Knob
I've managed to pull off the "pull on/push off" type shower knob.
It was very loose to begin with, and there is something rattling inside.
How do I reattach it? Do I need to replace the whole thing?

Pop off the plastic center piece of the knob with a knife point.
What you hear rattling is probably the retaining screw that holds the handle onto the faucet stem.
Put the handle back on, and screw it down, if the threads in the stem are not stripped.
If the female stem threads are stripped, you have to replace the stem.
If the male screw threads are stripped, just replace the screw.
Good Luck!
