clogged tub drain

My tub drain stopper is one of those push down types, where you push one side to close and push on the other side to open. I have no idea how to remove this stopper. I understand how to remove the stoppers that are attached to a lever, but I am baffled how to remove this type. Does it need to be screwed out somehow. Please help, the tub takes forever to drain. thanks.

Cool

It probably has a set screw under the lip of the drain.
Here is a typical one, but you'll have to look and find the way to remove yours.

Good Luck!
