Question hot water pressure

I had a cooper pipe leak 2 weeks ago and had it repaired. Now my hot water pressure is very low in by basement and and first floor area. The leak was on the second floor. Does this sound like my hot water heater is gone or just need to be clean?

Any suggestions on how to get the pressure back?

Cool

If you're certain that it's the hot water pressure only, first check to see if the cold water supply valve on top of the heaater is wide open?
If the line repaired was a hot water line, they may have closed off that valve, which turns off the hot water only.
And see if your main cut-off valve is wide open, if they cut that off.
Remove and check your sink aerators for clogging from debris dislodged while working on the line.
Good Luck!
