Question Limited Hot Water In Shower

I live in an apartment with its own full sized hot water heater, Ive been there for 3 months. When I take a shower I only have about 2 minutes, if that, of hot water then it starts to get luke warm then ice cold. I called the management company and they replaced the hot water heater with a brand new one and I'm still having the same problem. I have read in other postings of a hot water adjustment in the faucet handle, I have a knob for hot and one for cold. I have a gas hotwater heater. I would like to do this adjustment myself as my maintenance crew are not that fast. Please advise. Thanks Termapp

There is no adjustment on the two handle shower valve to be made, you say they replaced one water heater, is the 2nd water heater still there? Was it replaced also? Your problem is at the water heaters not the valve.
