Plumber2000 to Da Vinci (Stem Removal)

What I see looks like a delta cartiage, it should just pull right out of there, take some vise grips and clamp on to it, pull it stright out, get ones just like it and also replace the small spring and rubber seat inside the valve there, you will see them once you pull the stems out.

Take it with you to Home Depot or any plumbing store.

Notice there are slots on the side of it, put them back in the same way you pull them out, should solve your problems,

Stem replacement

Thanks Plumber2000 I will get right on that tomorrow. You have been an unbelievable resource about this whole problem. A friend of mine said something similar occured to him last week but he called a plumber. The plumber had to replace his whole valve assembly and also cut a path through his hallway wall. It cost him over $500, he said. If this works out tomorrow I will be forever grateful. And whatever you ask let me know what I can do for you.
